Check the full reference for typing errors. A carrier-issued number should be checked on that carrier’s website. For a Ship Now Logistics reference, contact us so we can review it.
Why has the status not changed?
Updates are recorded at shipment milestones. If you need clarification or your agreed timeframe has passed, contact us with your reference.
